After your 15-day free trial ends, you'll choose a paid plan to continue — Starter (contact us, under $100/year), Professional ($300/year), or Enterprise (custom). All your data is preserved during the transition. If you don't subscribe within 30 days of trial expiry, your account is paused but your data is retained for up to 90 days for recovery.
One audit is one completed counting session against an item group or storage zone — whether it's a cycle audit covering part of your inventory or a complete audit covering all of it. The Starter plan includes 15 audits per year; you can purchase additional audit packs anytime, or upgrade to Professional for 50 audits per year.
Yes — you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data and settings are preserved through plan changes.
All paid plans are billed annually with no multi-year commitment required. You can cancel at the end of any annual term without penalty. We offer discounted annual billing because it lets us deliver the platform at lower cost — passed on directly to you.
No cancellation fees and no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time and we'll process it immediately. You'll retain full access until the end of your paid billing period, and your data is available for export the entire time.

If you cancel or close your account, your data will be securely stored for 90 days to allow recovery or final export. After that, it will be permanently deleted in compliance with data protection standards. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention windows.
